Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist at Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, TX to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and local partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

This role involves collaborating with store leadership, hosting events, seeding products through community partners, and leveraging data to improve community initiatives, while upholding our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s role as a community hub.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest journey.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership for events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
