Job summary

lululemon in Frisco, TX is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and local partners, and enhance guest experiences on the shop floor.

You will engage with the community, support product seeding and attend events, while collaborating with store leadership to grow guest acquisition and retention. This role requires customer-service experience and the ability to travel to the store as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience
• Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase guest acquisition and retention
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store as a community hub
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
• Review community-related data to share insights with store leadership on events and initiatives
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment that welcomes differences and supports all teammates
