Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and support product seeding and local studio collaborations.

You will engage guests on the floor, host events, and help turn the store into a vibrant community hub while delivering a world-class guest experience; prior experience in customer service or grassroots marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life and enhance guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership for events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment that welcomes differences.
