Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and local partners, and support guest experiences on the floor. You will engage guests, participate in events, and drive community partnerships to strengthen the store's role as a community hub.

The role emphasizes relationship building, events, and product seeding with Ambassadors and local studios, while delivering a world-class guest experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or community engagement.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or brand engagement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and attract guests.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community metrics and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
