Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, engaging with local groups through events and partnerships. You will support product seeding, attend local studios, and nurture relationships with ambassadors and partners to drive community impact.

You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the sales floor, bringing a community perspective to customer interactions and helping to create a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college assets are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the Community strategy and guest experience goals.
• Build and manage relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and strengthen the store’s role as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events and execute product seeding with partners.
