Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and local partners, and support product seeding and studio collaborations. You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the shop floor while weaving in community perspectives.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, flexibility to work varied shifts, and ability to travel to assigned stores.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy with pillars of community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio partners.
• Engage with local community to identify ambassador opportunities and increase store standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend and support local and regional community events and execute product seeding with partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data to identify insights and recommendations for events and initiatives.
