lululemon seeks a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy by building relationships, hosting events, and supporting product seeding with ambassadors and local studios. You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor, while bringing a community perspective to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, engagement, or grassroots marketing.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the store location and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to understand needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data to provide insights on events and initiatives to leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment welcoming diverse perspectives.
