Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador who will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist in marketing and events to maximize occupancy. You will maintain a positive environment, communicate housing terms, and support turnover with move-in/out activities.

The role requires organizing capabilities, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, while supporting social media promotion and resident relations within our community teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Enrollment in Bachelor's degree program preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Understand housing contracts and clearly communicate information to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, follow up on leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Resolve resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and model/tour route inspections; conduct housekeeping as needed.
• Attend Landmark Lineup meetings and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
