Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and support occupancy goals. You will assist in planning and marketing events while maintaining professional communication.

Responsibilities include explaining housing contracts, conducting tours, promoting the community, and handling inquiries. Strong organizational skills and reliable time management are required, with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close the sale following LEASE Training guidelines: generate new leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, and follow up on leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage Resident Life participation.
• Resolve resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
