Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through the leasing process and close leads.
• Conduct property tours and coordinate with residents.
• Assist in marketing and events to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain organized resident records and logs.
