Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience across our community. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, communicate housing terms, and help achieve occupancy goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You will engage in promotional activities, host tours, coordinate social media efforts, and support email/text campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
• Must have strong organization skills and be reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to work evening and weekend hours, including summer Turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident experience responsibilities.
• Explain Housing Contracts and addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE Training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, and follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on/off-campus events; assist with email/text campaigns.
• Perform daily property operations tasks, respond to inquiries, log activities, and enforce community policies.
