Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through leasing, promoting our properties, and ensuring excellent resident experiences. This role drives occupancy with effective communication and timely follow-through.

You will conduct tours, manage inquiries, and support marketing events. Strong organization, reliability, and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential, with availability for evenings and weekends to meet needs of residents and property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through leasing process and communicate housing terms clearly.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and on-/off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate resident concerns as needed.
• Conduct daily operations tasks, maintain records, and log activities.
• Support move-in/move-out activities and unit inspections.
