Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Roseville, MN seeks a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build local relationships with Ambassadors and studios, and deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor with a community perspective. The role includes supporting product seeding, attending local events, and driving new guest acquisition and retention.

You will collaborate with leadership to host and support events, measure impact, and ensure an inclusive, energetic environment

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or brand engagement is helpful.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors and studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and partnerships.
• Connect with guests on the floor, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data and share insights with leadership to optimize events and initiatives.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive, and fun team environment.
