lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, building relationships with ambassadors and partners while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will support product seeding, participate in local events, and collaborate with leadership to grow the community footprint.

The role emphasizes engaging with studios, local partners, and guests, driving new guest acquisition and retention, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture in-store.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador or partner opportunities and increase store presence.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and support differences.
