Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. in Washington state seeks a Community Specialist to execute store community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will host events, seed products via partners, analyze community data with store leadership, and help grow the store’s role as a local community hub while embodying inclusion, integrity, and teamwork in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Knowledge of local community partners and ambassador programs is a plus.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience.
• Develop and manage relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend and support local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
