lululemon Athletica in San Mateo, California is seeking a Community Specialist to execute our store's community strategy, engage with ambassadors, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will build local partnerships with studios, manage events and product seeding, and connect with guests to understand needs while promoting inclusive values.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or community engagement experience, flexible scheduling including weekends, and a passion for movement

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the Community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador opportunities and grow guest base.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding with partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
