WellBe Senior Medical is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to develop and execute outreach strategies that market WellBe services to Medicare patients. You will conduct in-person, telephonic, and community outreach to build trust and enroll patients at their homes, physician offices, hospitals, and senior facilities.

The role requires high motivation, independence, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while achieving engagement goals.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales, direct marketing, community relations or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Identify innovative strategies to engage patients and enroll eligible WellBe patients.
• Outbound telephonic outreach to educate and engage patients.
• Field outreach via home visits for patients not reached by phone.
• Develop outreach strategies to maximize patient awareness and engagement.
• Meet/exceed monthly engagement targets.
• Daily reporting and pipeline management of outreach efforts.
• Overcome objections with persuasive conversations and solutions.
• Follow up to ensure scheduled enrollment visits.
• Collaborate with provider relations on community activities and health fairs.
