Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Membership Consultant to grow our senior patient base through direct-to-consumer, community outreach, and local partnerships. You will engage with seniors in homes, centers, and events to evangelize ArchWell Health and drive enrollment in our centers.

The role blends community outreach with sales, requiring strong relationship-building skills, 1 year of sales or outreach experience, and a willingness to travel locally. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of Sales or Community Relations experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with a health plan, FMO / broker, or provider is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Drives new patient enrollment year-round by identifying, cultivating, and securing new patients through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community stakeholder relationships.
• Meets seniors and groups in homes, senior centers, and churches to evangelize ArchWell Health’s mission and value proposition.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes local community events to reach ideal patients (medically underserved, Medicare-eligible seniors).
• Cultivates relationships with health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, and senior housing managers to position ArchWell Health as a preferred provider.
• Partners with Community Relations on initiatives with officials, businesses, and public health programs to drive patient growth.
• Coordinates with health plan agents to ensure enrollment in ArchWell Health in a timely manner.
• Uses Salesforce and other tools to identify and cultivate patients, maintain prospects, and document sales interactions.
• Provides monthly activity calendars and penetration plans for target sub-markets and channels.
• Engages with new patients beyond first appointment to support retention and address complaints.
• Travel: Very limited outside of local market (under 10%).
