Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in sales/marketing with healthcare or senior care experience preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and enrollments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners (senior centers, facilities, food banks, churches).
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metrics with MOE Director.
• Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth’s services.
