Job summary

WellBe Senior Medical is expanding its outreach team to engage prospective patients and coordinate in-home visits. You will communicate WellBe’s value, conduct outbound calls, and support patients through scheduling and follow-ups to ensure access to geriatric care.

The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and ability to navigate the healthcare system while maintaining accurate data entry and scheduling across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outbound call center or customer service experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to schedule in-home visits.
• Provide information about WellBe services and assist with appointment coordination.
• Reschedule or cancel visits as needed and document interactions accurately.
• Support the in-home care team with patient information and follow-ups.
