WellBe Senior Medical is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to market WellBe services to eligible Medicare patients through in-person, telephonic outreach and local events. You will build trust-based relationships with patients and caregivers and drive enrollment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or community relations, is comfortable with multi-priority work, and can travel locally up to 75%. Requires High School Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, community relations or customer service capacity.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure work independently.
• Proven time management and territory organization skills.
• Achievement mindset; ability to hit goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs.
• Strong written and public communication skills.
• Access to a reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursable.
• Familiarity with CRM and EMR applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify innovative strategies to engage patients and gain enrollment visits.
• Outbound telephonic outreach to educate and engage patients.
• Field outreach via home visits for hard-to-reach patients.
• Create outreach strategies to maximize awareness and engagement with WellBe.
• Meet and/or exceed monthly engagement targets.
• Daily reporting, documentation and pipeline management.
• Overcome objections with persuasive conversations and solutions.
• Follow up with patients to ensure enrollment visits.
• Collaborate with provider relations to raise awareness across communities.
• Provide exceptional, compassionate patient experiences.
