Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our MOE team in California. You will build relationships with seniors, caregivers, and community partners to generate qualified referrals and guide prospective participants into the PACE program.

Focus is on meaningful outreach rather than hard selling, with education about WelbeHealth’s services and collaboration with local organizations to achieve monthly enrollment goals. Competitive compensation includes base pay and bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with healthcare or senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities with community organizations to generate leads for potential enrollments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers and local organizations.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metrics with MOE Director.
• Provide education regarding WelbeHealth’s services to community referral sources.
