Formación

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred; experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and champions company-sponsored programs and sustainability efforts.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and analyzing PL statements.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, hiring, training, mentoring and recognizing strong performers.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection and safety controls, while delivering exceptional customer service.
