• 2 years of experience in asset protection or related area.
• Criminal background check and/or firearms training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels and area cleanliness.
• Leads and develops teams through training, coaching and feedback to associates.
• Oversees stocking and rotation of merchandise and security of fragile/high shrink items.
• Implements loss prevention controls and data to improve profitability.
• Manages safety programs, claims, asset protection, and training across facilities.
