Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs by engaging associates and managers.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, asset protection and safety controls and analyzes reports.
• Provides supervision, development and performance feedback to hourly associates.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Education

2 years of college

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
