Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers in serving as good members of the community establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates in assigned area, hiring, training, mentoring and setting clear expectations.
• Models exceptional customer service standards by following OBW service model and ensuring customer needs and complaints are resolved.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and analyzing budgets.
