Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach while supporting associates and managers.
• Help drive store financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and reviewing PL statements.
• Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance and recognize achievements.
• Lead customer service initiatives and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
