Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead community outreach initiatives and develop associates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and asset protection/safety controls.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
• Provide guidance on executing Walmart programs and initiatives.
