Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a retail banking branch team and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will coach staff, deepen member relationships, and collaborate with Commercial Lending to drive business development.

You will also oversee staff development, training, and performance, ensuring compliance with policies and audits while representing Broadview in the community and meeting branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred; minimum three years of Branch Management experience, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of three years' service experience with proven results.
• Enthusiastic leader with proven record of success in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch member experience and team development.
• Coach branch team on deepening member relationships, advocacy, and business development.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lending and Business Development.
• Partner with other departments and CUSOs to deliver exceptional concierge member service.
• Advance employee development and succession planning through regular appraisals and development plans.
• Ensure staff training via observations, meetings, dashboards, and progress reviews.
