The ideal candidate will manage performance, supervise staff, and collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Requires an Associate Degree in Business Administration, or three years of related work experience in a financial institution.

Mansioni

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure smooth running and meet member service expectations.
• Conduct group and individual training for sales, service, branch operations, and compliance.
• Manage employees and scheduling; monitor performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Represent the Credit Union with integrity and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Develop business with Realtors, builders, and community partners.
