Job summary

Broadview FCU seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Albany branch team and deliver exceptional member service daily. You will coach staff, develop talent, and drive branch performance while maintaining compliance and strong operations.

In this role you will deepen member relationships, partner with Commercial Lending, and actively participate in community initiatives to advance Broadview’s mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Branch Management experience.
• Enthusiastic leader with proven record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and think strategically.
• Flexible to work out of any location based on business needs.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail banking branch team to deliver exceptional member service and achieve team performance.
• Model and coach branch team on deepening member relationships and business development.
• Build relationships with commercial clients, partnering with Commercial Lending and Business Development.
• Collaborate with other departments and CUSOs on delivering concierge member service.
• Advance employee development and succession planning through performance appraisals and development plans.
• Ensure ongoing staff training through observations, meetings, dashboards, and progress reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of current Credit Union products, policies, procedures, and NCUA regulations.
• Achieve branch objectives and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audits.
• Monitor building and grounds maintenance to ensure a positive member and staff experience.
• Assist in disaster recovery tasks and testing.
• Establish and lead a positive community presence and Broadview brand in interactions.
