Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience leading, coaching, motivating, or developing a team.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• Willing to learn branch systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
