1-800-Packouts is hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community. As a local franchise partner, you will conduct in-person visits, represent the company at networking events, and drive outreach efforts while maintaining CRM records and tracking results.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Report activity and results to leadership
