1-800-Packouts is seeking a Business Development Associate to grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community. You will conduct in-person visits and represent the company at networking events.

This role rewards self-motivation, organization, and excellent communication as you manage outreach, follow-ups, and partner relationships, with opportunities for advancement within a locally owned small business.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Report activity and results to leadership.
