1-800-Packouts of West Houston is seeking a Business Development Associate to grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in the community. You will meet new people, present the company, and manage outreach campaigns.

The role involves field work, independent scheduling, and tracking partner activity to drive growth and opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration professionals, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Report activity and results to leadership.
