1-800-Packouts in Houston is seeking a Business Development Associate to grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in the community.

You will conduct in-person visits, represent the company at networking events, maintain CRM records, and support marketing campaigns—all while staying organized and self-motivated in the field.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Report activity and results to leadership.
