1-800-Packouts seeks a motivated Business Development Associate to grow our referral network by connecting with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in the Houston community. You will visit local businesses, represent the company at events, and support marketing outreach while maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities include building relationships, scheduling visits, and reporting activity to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Report activity and results to leadership.
