Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Previous Community Manager or Property Manager experience preferred.
• Customer experience focus and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and create a welcoming environment.
• Steward financial management with daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing laws and other regulations.
• Mentor onsite staff and develop professional skills.
• Communicate policies and announcements clearly to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors, and staff.
• Oversee property maintenance, work orders, and safety.
