Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and creates a welcoming environment.
• Stewards financial management by preparing and reviewing daily/weekly reports.
• Ensures team compliance with federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Mentors staff and develops professional skills.
• Guides on company policies and announcements.
• Represents the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operates on-site technology and security systems as needed.
• Maintains resident files with confidentiality in electronic or hardcopy form.
• Ensures timely property maintenance and work orders are closed promptly.
• Responds to after-hours issues to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Trains and supervises onsite staff, modeling core values in interactions.
• Drives property performance through events, marketing, and retention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
