Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in multi-family property management.
• Experience leading a team to meet success through positive motivation and accountability.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing standards and property operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service and a welcoming environment for residents.
• Steward financial management through daily/weekly reporting.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, vendor relations, and staff performance.
• Mentor onsite staff and model Bedrock core values in all interactions.
• Represent Bedrock to residents, vendors, and owners with professionalism.
