Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Community Director for our Nashville, TN community. The role oversees day-to-day operations, vendor relations, and leasing performance, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial targets are met.

The next Community Director will lead onsite staff, manage maintenance workflows, and report on property performance, while upholding our core values of ownership, growth, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience leading a team to meet success through positive motivation, goal setting, and accountability.
• Strong customer experience focus and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Oversee financial management with daily/weekly reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Mentor onsite staff and model Bedrock values in all interactions.
• Drive property performance through resident events, marketing, and retention.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
