Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate in Calabasas to create and sustain a collaborative center community. You’ll support customers’ everyday needs, from mail and packages to AV setup, while ensuring accurate billing and service delivery.

You’ll manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with clients, and help organize events to foster networking within the center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a thriving community within the center.
• Handle administrative and customer-support tasks so clients can focus on their business.
• Assist customers with day-to-day needs (wifi, directions, packages, invoices).
• Plan, promote, and support local networking events and notices.
• Open service tickets for centre issues and ensure timely follow-up.
