IWG is seeking a Community Associate in West Des Moines to create and maintain a thriving client community within the center. You will handle daily admin and support tasks to help customers focus on running their businesses, while ensuring services are accurately charged and invoices prepared.

You’ll engage with customers, manage logistics, and contribute to events and office operations, delivering a high-touch guest experience in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries (Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages) and connect them to appropriate services.
• Set up rooms, projectors, and assist with printing and notices.
• Handle mail, invoices, and mailbox communications.
• Organize networking events and support center operations.
