You will greet guests, answer inquiries, set up equipment, assist with printing and events, process basic invoices, and coordinate with the City Manager as needed to ensure smooth daily service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States, 18+.
