Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a dependable Community Associate to join our Quincy center on-site. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, productive workspace. You’ll support events, manage requests, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized center.

You’ll work closely with customers across industries, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with the City Manager, and ensuring accurate service delivery and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with MS Office and basic IT equipment
