Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Customer/Community Associate to join our on-site team at our Miami Beach center. You will greet customers, manage inquiries, and support day-to-day operations to enable clients to run their businesses smoothly.

You’ll handle office tasks, assist with AV setups, and coordinate services to ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized center. A friendly, can-do attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and empathy with customers.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, answer inquiries and direct them as needed.
• Help customers with setups (Wi‑Fi codes, projectors) and locate meeting resources.
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing for customer requests.
• Open service tickets in the portal and follow up on requests.
• Plan and support networking events and center communications for members.
• Maintain center organization and communicate with the City Manager as needed.
