IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Santa Clara to build and maintain a thriving center community while delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle administrative tasks, assist customers with center needs, and coordinate events to foster connections among members.

This on-site role emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on delivering a great guest experience and supporting the center's operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center community and assist customers with administrative needs.
• Help customers with requests (Wi‑Fi changes, directions, equipment setup) and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate events and networking within the center and assist in planning communications.
• Open service tickets for center issues and keep customers updated on progress.
