IWG is seeking a motivated Community Associate for our on-site Scottsdale center. You will manage daily customer interactions, help with setup and services, and coordinate events to foster a thriving center community.

You will handle inquiries, invoices, and service requests while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment. The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Able to communicate clearly with customers
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsabilidades

• Help customers across industries by providing friendly service and support
• Handle inquiries, set up equipment, and assist with meeting room arrangements
• Manage invoices, tickets, and service requests through the portal
• Organize networking events and create/print posters for center notices
• Close the day by tidying the center and guiding customers to next steps
