Job summary

IWG in Stockton, CA is seeking a Customer-focused Community Associate to manage daily operations across our two local centers. You'll greet members, handle inquiries, coordinate space services, and ensure smooth administrative support so clients can run their businesses.

You'll split your day between the morning and afternoon shifts at 11 South San Joaquin Street and 7604 Pacific Ave, maintain center cleanliness, process invoices, organize events, and help members network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the center.
• Coordinate room setups, AV needs, and directions for members.
• Process inquiries and requests (Wi-Fi access, mail, packages, invoices).
• Ensure services are billed accurately and center is well organized.
• Support events and networking activities for the community.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional work environment.
• Close the day by tidying spaces and preparing for the next shift.
