Job summary

IWG in Provo is seeking a Community Associate to join our on-site center. You will engage with new and existing customers, manage center operations, and ensure smooth daily workflows so clients can run their businesses.

You’ll handle requests from visitors, assist with wifi codes, package arrivals, meeting room directions, and basic tech setup, while coordinating with the City Manager and sales team to promote the center network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Support customers with wifi codes, package status, directions, and project setup.
• Ensure services are charged and invoices are accurate.
• Assist with events, posters, and networking activities at the center.
• Open center tickets in our service portal and coordinate with the City Manager
